Volunteer with Refugee Services in Manawatu

To become a Volunteer Support Worker with Refugee Services, you will need to enrol in one of our training courses. Please find the training schedule for 2012 below. The programme will cover a range of topics including the refugee experience, the role of the volunteer support worker, teams and teamwork, refugee health and well-being, refugee education, support services and culture.

Tues 29 Jan: 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Fri 1 Feb: 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Sat 2 Feb: 10:00am to 5:00pm
